Outdoor training
If your dog is barking loudly for no apparent reason in your garden, for example, then it may require some outdoor training to resolve this issue. There are a range of different ways that you can achieve this, from collars through to further classes with professional tutors on hand. Don't leave it to chance - you might find your neighbours complain to the council.
Outdoor training aids such as these are good for your dog but also effect any other dogs within range so might be a little bit annoying for other dog owners and dogs. You can also purchase other products that are highly effective in restricting the damage your dog does to your garden. For example, if you value your flower beds and do not want your dog to dig them up and ruin your plants, there are various sprays you can use.
It is important to contain your dog within your garden without having to tie it up. Kennels and dog runs are great but a fence is ideal and should be put up before letting your dog out into the garden. It may try to dig under the fence so underground containment systems are very useful too. Insulated dog kennels are great too as they reduce the temperature in the summer and help your dog to stay warm in the winter. Obedience and behavioural guidance is essential though for you dog prior to taking it outside. This will help to ensure they are able to interact safely and amicably with other dogs and humans as well as the environment in which they find themselves.
